Alert Bay is close to Sointula and Port Mcneill. It is a pretty cool Native community. At one time there was a lot of affluence from the fishing and logging industry.
The dock is pretty crowded but we snagged a spot. There is also the old dock pictured below. We also could have anchored just off of town.
